Milkbar Software, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Two Eanda mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Summary: Two Eanda is designed with privacy in mind. Your songs, recordings, and personal data are stored on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account. We never have access to your content. We collect only anonymous usage analytics to improve the app.

The following data is stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account (if iCloud is enabled). This data is not accessible to us or any third parties:

Microphone Access

The App requests access to your device's microphone solely for the purpose of recording your practice sessions. Microphone access is only used when you explicitly initiate a recording.

Audio recordings are stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third parties.

iCloud Sync

Two Eanda uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your songs, recordings, and custom artwork across all your devices signed into the same Apple ID. This feature:

Your content benefits from Apple's built-in device encryption, iCloud encryption, and security features. We do not have access to your data, whether stored locally or in iCloud.

Data Retention

Your songs, recordings, and settings remain on your device and in iCloud until you choose to delete them. When you delete a song or recording within the app, it is permanently removed from your device and all synced devices.

Anonymous usage analytics are retained for up to 12 months to help us identify trends and improve the app.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to function.
